ASK THE EXPERT - Hormone Sensitivity & Mental Health with Dr. Tory Eisenlohr-Moul

Did you know that as well as our six Facebook Support Groups and nine Video Support Groups, we also run a non-social media support forum with INSPIRE? This acts as a place where patients and partners can learn and support each other in an anonymous forum and is popular for those who prefer to avoid social media.

Dr. Eisenlohr-Moul is the Chair of the IAPMD Clinical Advisory Board and Associate Director of Translational Research in Women’s Mental Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Psychiatry. As a scientist, she uses clinical trials to clarify the biological causes of perimenstrual risk for suicide, substance abuse, and interpersonal conflict. She is also a psychologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of premenstrual disorders (PMDs) and works with a multidisciplinary outpatient team to help people with treatment-resistant PMDs.

Ask your questions via the INSPIRE FORUM and keep an eye out on IAPMD Socials for some of the answers too!
