Video Support Groups

Join a video support group to give and gain support from peers in safe, moderated groups. It is free and easy to use -and all groups are run by IAPMD trained Peer Support Facilitators.


 

Facebook Peer Support Groups - 24/7

Want to chat with people who understand? IAPMD runs six groups on Facebook where you can chat and connect with others any time of day or night.
