You may have attended our first breathwork workshops which focused primarily on calming the nervous system and managing stress. 'Revitalizing Breathwork for PMDD' is like Part 2. In previous sessions, you grew an awareness and connection to your breath to soothe the mind and body, now you'll learn how to harness the truly transformative power of breath.
In this workshop you'll learn and practice revitalizing breathwork techniques including breath of joy, frontal cleansing, and breath of fire. Guided by Amy Sergeant, fellow PMDDer and health & wellness specialist, you'll grow your breathwork practice to build energy and process emotions.
