“When I thought about the theme 'Many hands make light work' what instantly came to mind was how sharing how you are feeling and/or reaching out can help with the burden of mental illness. Especially within the PMDD community, as despite most people knowing what PMS is, many people aren't aware of PMDD and how debilitating it is. My design represents both reaching out and receiving help - no-one should have to suffer in silence. The teal background represents one of the colors of PMDD awareness”
